STELLA OF NEW HOPE @ THE GHOST LIGHT INN
Owned by Sherri Daugherty, Stella of New Hope is a riverfront restaurant and event venue overlooking the Delaware River, in historic New Hope, Pa.
Stella is named after Sherri’s dog, a rescued one-eared pit bull. As a puppy, Stella was found on the streets of Bethlehem by Sherri’s daughter, Tara, who was attending Lehigh University at the time. Stella came home in April 2015 and has been our sweetest mascot since we opened our doors in June 2019.
Overlooking the Delaware River, the restaurant features more than 150 seats for indoor and outdoor dining, while dedicated event spaces — including the Ballroom and Riverview Terrace — provide exceptional settings for weddings, celebrations, and memorable gatherings.
Stella is housed in the same building as the Ghost Light Inn, and just a short walk away is our sister property, the Carriage House.
